1. Hover over the “Platters & More” tab at the top of our website (WEB)
2. Tap on the “+” next to “Platters & More” in the top menu (MOBILE)
3. Browse the different categories shown in the “Platters & More” menu, to see what we have to offer
4. You can add items to your Cart, by opening the product you want to order. Thereafter you can select an option (where applicable) and click/tap on “Add to Cart”
5. You can view your shopping Cart any time by clicking/tapping on “Cart” on the right-hand side of the top menu
6. When you are satisfied with the contents of your Cart, you will need to enter your delivery details at the bottom of the Cart page, so that the website can calculate your possible shipping/collection options
7. When you have chosen your shipping/collection method, click/tap on “Proceed to Checkout”
8. Enter the required order details
9. When you are happy that everything is entered correctly, click/tap on “Place Order” in the bottom right corner
10. You will be rerouted to Payfast, a secure payment platform with multiple payment options available to you
11. When your payment is complete, you will receive an email confirmation, and we will start planning for the production and delivery of your items!

How does delivery work?
We offer delivery in most areas of Johannesburg for R200.00. We use our own staff and vehicles for delivery, no third parties involved. Free delivery for orders over R1500.00.

Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 14:00
Saturday – 08:00 to 14:00
